Once an item has shipped, no refund will be made.

All orders are on a made to order basis and we will not accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please note all computers and devices may have a slight color difference and may not match exactly to what one sees on the item. By purchasing, the buyer is aware of this and agrees to the slight color difference on the designs/items.

Items will be shipped to the address you have provided and sent via USPS within 3 business days of order.   Ensuring the correct address avoids any shipping delays.  I will email you a copy of your tracking info from the post office once item has shipped.
